Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Axolotek Landscape Intelligence Platform (“Service”) operated by Axolotek (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and individuals accessing the platform for professional irrigation audit purposes.

The Service provides a Landscape Intelligence Platform that enables users to:

• Map and analyze landscape zones using high-resolution satellite imagery
• Calculate water consumption and irrigation efficiency using FAO-56 methodology
• Generate compliance reports aligned with UAE sustainability standards
• Assess vegetation health through NDVI, SAVI, and other spectral indices
• Optimize irrigation systems and quantify water savings potential

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

You retain full ownership of all data, information, and content you submit to the Service, including project boundaries, water bills, and zone configurations. By using the Service, you grant Axolotek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for:

• Providing and operating the Service
• Generating audit reports and analytics for your projects
• Improving the accuracy of our calculation models (aggregated and anonymized only)

The Service and its original content, features, calculation methodologies, and functionality are owned by Axolotek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Axolotek name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Axolotek.

In no event shall Axolotek, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on audit results, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Subject to these Terms, Axolotek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for professional irrigation audit and landscape analysis purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the platform software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the Service without written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account, including actions by team members
• Providing accurate, complete, and current account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activity.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates UAE federal or emirate-level laws or regulations
• To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• To impersonate any person or organization
• To scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users
• To submit falsified audit data with intent to deceive regulatory bodies

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our calculations follow established scientific methodologies (FAO-56 Penman-Monteith, WUCOLS), audit results are analytical tools and should be:

• Verified independently by qualified irrigation professionals
• Not treated as a substitute for certified engineering assessments
• Used as decision-support tools, not definitive compliance certifications

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
